How our data is made

How we build, verify and stand behind our data

We do not ask you to take our numbers on trust. Here is how the data is built, how we keep it accurate, and the standards we hold it to. We aggregate it worldwide, match and de-duplicate it, verify it, and keep it current. Nothing here is invented.

What you are actually paying for

Raw cleaning data is scattered, inconsistent and hard to work with. It arrives in different formats, languages and standards, and most of it is noise. CQD does the hard part. We pull it together worldwide, match and de-duplicate it, verify it, keep it current, and present it as one clean, searchable feed with CSV export and an API. The value is the aggregation, the organisation, the verification and the freshness. You get one trustworthy view instead of dozens of fragments.

Aggregated worldwide

We pull cleaning data together from across the globe and bring it into one clean, searchable model, in one place, in one format.

Matched and verified

We match records, de-duplicate them, and verify them, so you get one trustworthy row instead of a dozen scattered ones.

Kept current

The feeds refresh on a schedule, so the numbers you see reflect what is live now, not a stale snapshot.

How we stand behind it

  • Every figure carries a clear definition, so no number means two things.
  • We separate verified data from inferred signals, and we say which is which.
  • We never fabricate rows or inflate counts. If we do not hold it, we do not show it.
  • We draw only on lawful open and licensed data, and we respect every licence we rely on.

Attribution: CQD data is built from lawful open and licensed sources. Directory map data includes material from the Overture Maps Foundation and OpenStreetMap contributors, used under their open licences. Government, company, premises and workforce data is used under the Open Government Licence, Creative Commons licences, open database licences or the relevant national open data terms. Licensed feeds are used under their terms. CQD New Gen aggregates, de-duplicates and verifies this data, it does not claim ownership of the underlying public records.
