1. About CQD New Gen
CQD New Gen ("we", "us", "our") is an introductory platform that connects cleaning professionals (domestic and commercial) with homeowners, Airbnb hosts, and businesses seeking cleaning services. CQD New Gen operates in the United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and other regions.
CQD New Gen is strictly an introductory service. We do not employ any cleaning professionals, and we do not act as an employment agency. We facilitate introductions only. Once an introduction has been made, any working arrangement is solely between the employer and the cleaning professional.
2. Introductory Service — No Liability for Services Rendered
CQD New Gen is not a party to any agreement made between an employer and a cleaning professional introduced through our platform.
- The quality, standard, or outcome of any cleaning services provided
- Pay, wages, or any financial arrangements between parties
- Health and safety compliance at any premises
- Cleaning supplies, products, equipment, or materials — it is entirely the responsibility of the employer and cleaning professional to agree who provides what
- Travel costs, transport, or logistics
- Training, qualifications, or accreditations of any cleaning professional
- Any injury, loss, damage, theft, or claim arising from services arranged through the platform
- Any dispute between an employer and a cleaning professional
- Any failure by either party to comply with applicable laws or regulations
All cleaning professionals listed on CQD New Gen are self-employed agents or independent companies. They are not employees or workers of CQD New Gen.
3. Self-Employment Status — Employer Obligations
- The cleaning professional is not your employee and is not entitled to employment rights such as holiday pay, sick pay, or minimum wage protections as an employee
- You will not treat the cleaning professional as an employee for tax, National Insurance, or any other statutory purpose
- You are responsible for ensuring the working arrangement does not constitute employment under applicable law (including IR35 in the UK where relevant)
- CQD New Gen accepts no liability for any misclassification of employment status or any resulting tax, legal, or regulatory consequences
If you are unsure about employment status obligations in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal or tax advice before engaging any cleaning professional.
4. Background Checks & Due Diligence — Employer Responsibility
- Verifying the identity of any cleaning professional before engagement
- Verifying the right to work in the relevant country
- Obtaining any DBS check (Basic, Standard, or Enhanced) required for the environment — including schools, healthcare settings, homes with children or vulnerable adults
- Checking references and any professional qualifications or accreditations claimed
- Ensuring the cleaning professional holds appropriate public liability insurance where required
- Carrying out any other checks required by law in your jurisdiction
CQD New Gen is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from an employer's failure to carry out appropriate due diligence before engaging a cleaning professional.
5. Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
CQD New Gen has no involvement in, and no responsibility for, any cleaning supplies, products, chemicals, equipment, or materials used in connection with any cleaning arrangement made through the platform.
It is the sole responsibility of the employer and the cleaning professional to agree — before work begins — who will provide cleaning supplies and equipment, and to ensure that any products used are appropriate, safe, and compliant with applicable health and safety regulations (including COSHH in the UK).
CQD New Gen accepts no liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use of any cleaning product or equipment.
6. Subscriptions (Cleaning Professionals)
Cleaning professionals may subscribe to CQD New Gen on a monthly basis. Subscription tiers are as follows:
- Gold Plan: £9.99/month in the UK ($9.99 in the US, AU$19 in Australia) — everything included: unlimited job matches, full community access, AI matching, and priority visibility. No charge until first confirmed job match. Cancel anytime.
Subscription Activation: Your subscription payment will only become active for a given month once CQD New Gen has identified a matching lead that meets your stated criteria and an initial conversation has taken place. If no match is found in a given month, no charge will be applied for that month.
Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
7. Employer Access
Employers (homeowners, Airbnb hosts, businesses, and other organisations) may access CQD New Gen free of charge. There is no subscription or registration fee for employers.
Employers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on any cleaning professional they engage, including verifying qualifications, references, right to work status, and any required background checks.
