CQD New Gen was founded on a simple observation. Cleaning professionals were losing a significant portion of their earnings to agencies and platforms that added little real value, and nobody had ever organised the cleaning industry in one place.

We set out to build something different. A platform that acts purely as an introduction service, no commission on jobs, no percentage of earnings, free for everyone. Cleaners keep 100 percent of what they earn.

Then we went further. CQD New Gen now organises the world’s cleaning data, live jobs, public contracts and tenders, pay benchmarks, a company directory and the CQD Cleaning Activity Index, so the whole industry can finally see itself clearly.

Today we are live worldwide, tracking millions of live cleaning jobs and hundreds of public contracts across more than 130 countries, from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland and New Zealand to the Gulf, Africa, Asia and Latin America.

We remain an introductory platform only. Every job, every rate, every schedule is agreed directly between the worker and the employer. We connect people and organise the data, the relationship stays yours.
