Summer and festive travel fill Airbnb and holiday lets. Every changeover is a same-day clean, often back to back on Fridays and weekends.

Post-Christmas retail & hospitality reset

Peak Early January
Window: January

After the festive rush, shops, restaurants and venues need a heavy reset. New-year "fresh start" also lifts household and gym cleaning demand.

Peak Mid to late December
Window: November to December

Offices close for the break and want a deep clean before and after. Households prepare to host. Restaurants and venues run at capacity.

Construction completions cluster around the drier building months and financial year-ends. Every handover needs a builders clean then a sparkle clean before occupation.
