Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of cleaners, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment • Plan and organise daily cleaning schedules and work assignments to ensure efficient service delivery across all designated areas • Monitor work quality and performance standards, providing constructive feedback and support to team members • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Manage resources effectively, including cleaning materials, equipment, and budgets, to optimise cost-efficiency • Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to address concerns and maintain strong relationships • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery • Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, incidents, and team performance Ensure all team members receive appropriate induction and ongoing training in health and safety procedures • Respond promptly to operational challenges and make decisive decisions to resolve issues • Uphold company policies and procedures, demonstrating transparency and accountability in all actions • Support the development and career progression of team members through mentoring and appraisal
