Temporary Cleaning Supervisor

Aramark Team is seeking a reliable and experienced Temporary Cleaning Working Supervisor to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will supervise daily cleaning operations while actively participating in hands-on cleaning duties. You will be responsible for supporting the cleaning team, maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the cleaning team during daily operations. Allocate duties and ensure cleaning tasks are completed on schedule. Participate in hands-on cleaning activities as required. Monitor cleaning standards and carry out quality inspections. Ensure staff follow site-specific health and safety procedures. Monitor attendance, punctuality and timekeeping. Ensure cleaning equipment and machinery are used correctly. Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements and operational issues. Support and train team members where required. Maintain cleaning records and complete relevant checklists. Communicate effectively with management and site representatives.
