Working weekends, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and ensuring high standards of service are maintained. Job Description We’re looking for a Weekend Cleaning Supervisor to join our friendly team at CICC . If you’re passionate about delivering an outstanding hygiene service within a modern healthcare facility supporting both military and civilian healthcare services, then this is the role for you. You must have a thorough understanding of infection prevention and control principles within healthcare environments, including policy implementation, PPE usage, decontamination processes, outbreak response, and statutory reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist the Cleaning Manager with organising the team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards to NHS healthcare cleanliness standards, infection control protocols, and best practices. Ensure staff training of cleaners using BICSc training methodologies in line with NHS standards Complete audits and preparing KPI reports. Assist with stock management Support staff rostering and provide active floor-level supervision. Manage PPE and cleaning materials. Collaborate with all stakeholders to support business goals, enhance workplace experience, and maintain a safe, clean environment for team members, patients, customer, client and visitors. Assist with payroll preparation and arranging cover for holidays and sickness.
