Cleaning Supervisor

Supervise, mentor, and support a team of cleaners, providing clear direction and constructive feedback • Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance, ensuring all work is completed to the required standards • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections across all areas of the facility, identifying areas for improvement Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and cleaning standards, reporting any hazards or defects promptly • Support the induction and ongoing training and development of team members, fostering their professional growth • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting stock requirements and identifying cost-saving opportunities • Maintain accurate records and complete all relevant documentation in a timely and organised manner Assist with cleaning duties when necessary, demonstrating commitment and leading by example • Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients, maintaining transparency and professionalism • Identify and resolve operational challenges, demonstrating problem-solving abilities and resilience • Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture, celebrating achievements and supporting colleagues through difficulties
