Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our commercial premises. The successful candidate will demonstrate efficiency, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services whilst working collaboratively with our team. You will take pride in maintaining exceptional standards and ensuring our facilities remain welcoming and well-maintained for all who use them. • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of commercial premises, including offices, communal areas, and facilities • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols at all times Operate cleaning equipment, machinery, and materials proficiently and safely • Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed in accordance with company policy • Report any maintenance issues, damage, or health and safety concerns to management promptly • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and completed tasks Work independently and manage time effectively to complete all assigned duties within scheduled shifts • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times • Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure seamless operations • Identify and address cleaning needs proactively, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive working environment
