Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, and facilities Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with company procedures and health and safety regulations Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies such as soap and toilet rolls Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly to management Complete all cleaning records and documentation accurately and thoroughly where required Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning schedules Prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload to meet daily objectives Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekend work when required Maintain professional standards and courtesy when interacting with colleagues and building occupants Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols at all times
