Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitisation of assigned areas, including offices, communal spaces, and specialist facilities, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene - Stock and replenish cleaning supplies and materials as needed, maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting shortages promptly - Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively, ensuring all machinery is kept in good working order Follow health and safety regulations and company cleaning standards consistently, ensuring full compliance at all times - Report maintenance issues, hazards, or damage to management transparently and promptly, demonstrating proactive problem-solving - Work flexibly across assigned shifts and locations as required, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to changing priorities Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the organisation positively to all facility users - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of cleaning tasks, supporting colleagues where needed - Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors regarding any concerns, observations, or suggestions for improvement Respond to customer and facility user needs with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort - Adhere to environmental and sustainable cleaning practices where applicable, contributing to the organisation's commitment to sustainability - Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working in sensitive facility areas
