Job Description As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day management of the cleaning operation, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: • Supervising and supporting a team of cleaners • Allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance • Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to the required standards • Conducting quality checks and inspections across the site • Supporting training and development of team members • Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting stock requirements • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures • Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or defects as required • Assisting with cleaning duties when necessary • Maintaining accurate records and completing relevant documentation
