Welfare Cleaner

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Cleaner to join our team in Sneaton, Whitby. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within welfare facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and contractors. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain welfare facilities, including offices, canteens, kitchens, toilets, washrooms, and changing areas Empty bins and waste disposal Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, soap, hand towels, and cleaning supplies. Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic to a high standard Carry out routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns Follow company cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines Store cleaning materials safely and responsibly
