Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team in Dublin, Ireland. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our workplace environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate efficiency, professionalism, and a commitment to health and safety compliance whilst working both independently and collaboratively with our team. Clean and sanitise all designated areas including offices, communal spaces, restrooms, and corridors to the highest standards • Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately, ensuring waste segregation where required • Operate and maintain a range of cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively • Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages to management promptly Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or hazards immediately • Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including COSHH compliance, and wear personal protective equipment as required • Respond promptly to cleaning requests and address spillages or accidents with urgency Work flexibly to accommodate varying shift patterns and organisational requirements • Contribute to a positive workplace environment through professional conduct, teamwork, and excellent customer service • Undertake induction training and engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
