Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team in Holywood, United Kingdom. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our workplace environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate efficiency, professionalism, and a commitment to health and safety compliance whilst working both independently and collaboratively with our team. Carry out daily cleaning duties across designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, and facilities, to the highest standards • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively Use appropriate cleaning products and solutions in accordance with COSHH regulations and organisational procedures • Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately, ensuring waste segregation where required • Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages to management Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues or hazards • Adhere to all health and safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required • Respond promptly to cleaning requests and address spillages or accidents immediately • Work flexibly to accommodate varying shift patterns and organisational requirements • Contribute to a positive workplace environment through professional conduct and teamwork
