Built inside a real cleaning company, not a lab
CQD New Gen was built and proven inside CQD Cleaning Services Ltd, a commercial cleaning company trading since 2012. Every tool here, the quoting, the rotas, the GPS clock in, the checklists, the audits and the completion reports, was used to run a real business before it reached you.
Every figure above is a published fact about CQD Cleaning Services Ltd. We only show real numbers.
What "Verified by CQD" means
When you see the Verified by CQD mark on a feature, it means that feature was built and used inside a working, certified commercial cleaning company before it reached you. It is proof the tool survived real jobs, real clients and real audits.
The standards behind the software
The proving ground
CQD Cleaning Services Ltd has cleaned commercial sites across South East England since 2012, from offices and schools to medical, retail and logistics premises. Running that business every day, the same four problems kept coming back. Find the work. Quote it fast and look professional. Run the crews so the clean actually happens to the standard. Prove it after, when a client or an inspector asks.
Each of the four CQD New Gen products came straight out of that. CQD Intelligence finds live contracts. Quote AI turns a floor plan into a branded quote in minutes. Ops builds the rotas, takes the GPS clock in and runs the checklists and audits. Proof produces a completion report after every clean and keeps the compliance pack ready. The quality checklist in the product is the same kind of supervisor audit sheet that backs the company's ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 evidence.
That is the difference. These tools were not designed for a demo. They were used to win and keep real commercial contracts first.
Mark Anthony Natthan
Mark founded CQD Cleaning Services Ltd in 2012 and has run it as an active director ever since. For more than 14 years he has done the real work of commercial cleaning, winning contracts, pricing jobs, managing crews and standing behind the quality at audit. CQD New Gen is the system he built to do all of that better, and he opened it so other contractors do not have to start from scratch.
The company holds a triple ISO certified Integrated Management System and is BICSc and CHAS accredited. The same standards now shape every tool in the platform.
