Everything you need to know about your Gold Plan — when you're charged, how to cancel, and how to get help.
No charge until your first confirmed job match
Your Gold subscription only activates once CQD New Gen has successfully matched you with your first cleaning job. You will not be billed before that point — ever.
If you don't receive a confirmed job match within 60 days of your Gold profile going live, your next month's subscription is completely free — automatically credited to your account with no action required on your part.
What counts as a "confirmed job match"?
A match is confirmed when an employer accepts your profile and an initial conversation takes place through the platform. Simply appearing in search results does not count.
When does the 60-day window start?
The clock starts from the date your profile is marked as complete and active on the platform — not from your sign-up date. Incomplete profiles do not count.
How is the free month applied?
Automatically. Our system monitors your match status. If 60 days pass without a confirmed match, a free month credit is applied to your account before your next billing date. You will receive an email confirmation.
Can I claim the guarantee more than once?
The guarantee applies once per subscriber, for the first 60-day window after profile activation. It is designed to remove the anxiety of joining — not as a recurring benefit.
Does this affect my introductory price lock?
No. Your introductory price is locked for life regardless of whether the guarantee is triggered. The free month is an additional credit on top of your existing subscription.
The First Job Guarantee is available to all active Gold subscribers with a complete profile. CQD New Gen reserves the right to verify profile completeness before applying the guarantee credit. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Full terms available at /terms.
How to subscribe & pay
CQD New Gen currently accepts payment by Direct Debit (UK) and bank transfer. Online card payment via Stripe is coming soon. Once your first job match is confirmed, our team will contact you to set up your payment method — you will never be charged before that point.
UK Members — Direct Debit
Once your first job match is confirmed, our team will send you a secure payment setup link by email. Your Direct Debit will be arranged directly — no bank details are shared on this page. Your subscription activates within 1 business day of payment being received.
International Members
For members outside the UK, our team will arrange payment via local bank transfer or an alternative method suitable for your region. Email system@cqdnewgen.ai once your profile is live and we will confirm your payment options.
Coming Soon — Online Card Payment
We are integrating Stripe for instant card and Apple/Google Pay checkout. Early members will be notified by email as soon as this is live.

Billing cycle
Monthly, billed on the same date each month from the day your first job match is confirmed. No annual lock-in. No hidden fees.
Cancel anytime
Cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked.
Introductory rate — locked in
Early members keep their sign-up rate for life. If pricing increases in future, your rate stays the same as long as your subscription remains active.
How to cancel your subscription

- 3We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours and send a written confirmation.
- 4Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty and no notice period required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. No further payments will be taken after cancellation. To cancel, click the Cancel Subscription button in your account dashboard or email system@cqdnewgen.ai.
UK subscribers: cancellation rights are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from your first charge date. US subscribers: cancellation is governed by applicable state law. California subscribers have additional rights under the Automatic Renewal Law (ARL).

When exactly does billing start?
Billing starts on the date your first confirmed job match is made. If you sign up but are not matched within 30 days, you are not charged — your profile simply remains active until a match is found.
What about the 60-Day First Job Guarantee?
If 60 days pass from your profile going live without a confirmed match, your next month is free — automatically credited. You don't need to contact us or make a claim. See the guarantee section above for full details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payment processing is handled securely. We do not store card details on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
If you are charged in error or before a confirmed match, contact us immediately at system@cqdnewgen.ai. We will investigate and issue a refund within 5 business days if applicable.
What happens if my payment fails?
We will email you immediately if a payment fails. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment details before your subscription is paused. Your profile remains visible during this period.
Is my subscription the same price in my country?
Pricing is shown in your local currency at sign-up based on your region. The rate you sign up at is locked in for life as long as your subscription stays active.
